Last weekend our Junior Rats under 12 & 13 rep squads were ‘tortured’ by Rob Rowland-Smith at the Palm Beach sandhills. 💪There were plenty of tired smiles, but we’re sure the kids were hurting afterwards 😁, and will take away a sense of the commitment needed to be successful.
